2016 Harry Page Photo Competition

It’s time for C20 members to get clicking – the 2016 C20 Harry Page Memorial Photography Competition is now open! The competition was established in 2013 in memory of Harry page portrait used for Harry page memorial photo competition Harry Page (left), a passionate photographer and keen member of the C20 Society. The competition is only open to C20 Society members and we are looking for architectural photographs of buildings completed post 1914.

So whilst on a visit to your favourite buildings why not take your camera and see if there’s a photo opportunity. You can enter up to 10 pictures in either black and white or colour. They could be a picture of a particular detail, an elevation or the whole building.

You then just upload your pictures to the photo sharing website, Flickr at: www.flickr.com/groups/c20harrypage2016. You download the rules here: Harry Page Competition Rules

If you need some inspiration, the previous winners and the entries are grouped on the photo sharing website Flickr, just search for ‘Harry Page’ in the groups section. The previous winners have been:
2013 – Laurence Mackman with Vitra 42.
2014 – Joe Brennan with Parco della Musica.
2015 – Angus Hamilton with Central Hall at the University of York.

The competition closes on 31st October 2016 and the the winner will be presented with the trophy in January 2017 at the members slide show,  which is held at The C20 Society offices at 70 Cowcross Street, London EC1M 6EJ.
