A tour of c20 architecture in Shepherds Bush led by John Goodier on Saturday 29th September 2012. The tour included visits to the Greenside School (including the mural by Gordon Cullen), Telephone Exchange, Shepherds Bush Pavilion and Shepherds Bush Empire, Grampians Apartments, Arndale (West 12) Shopping Centre, Cottages on Sterne Street, Westfield and Shepherds Bush Market, Wood Lane and White City underground stations. A three day tour of war cemeteries in North East Italy led by Nicholas Long, Andrew Boddington and Gavin Stamp on Friday 14th to Sunday 16th September 2012. The tour was based in Treviso and included visits to cemeteries in Gorizia, Medea, Udine, Cargnacco, Castelfranco, Altivoli, Magnaboschi, Asiago, Bassano, Monte Grappa, San Biagio di Callalta, Montello, Giavera, Pederobba and Quero. Stephen Dykes Bower and the Gothic Survival
Alan Powers led a tour of churches designed by Stephen Dykes Bower on Saturday 1st September 2012. The tour included his first church at Hockerill (1936), a small church and the grand Cathedral in Bury St. Edmund’s (1950s), the Parish church of Saffron Walden, and then the Quendon Church.
