Belgium: Sint Juliaan Canadian Memorial

At the crossroads north of Sint Juliaan is the Canadian Memorial of 1921 by the sculptor F.C. Clemeshaw, marking the first use of poison gas in an attack, against Canadian troops, on 22nd April 1915. There were two thousand casualties.
