The C20 West Group held its recent committee meeting at the RIBA Award winning Gloucester Services on the M5 Southbound https://www.architecture.com/Awards/Awards2016/RegionalAwards/SouthWest/GloucesterServices.aspx. By Glen Howells Architects, the services are airy and welcoming under their grass roof. The pond provides a calm oasis away from the bustle of the M5, even the petrol station has a grass canopy and the cakes are pretty good too.

Forthcoming events were planned and will include a Bristol Harbour trip in October, social events nearer Christmas and a visit to Cheltenham in early March 2017. This will be followed by our second AGM in May 2017. Further details and dates will be available soon on the West Group web page.
