AJ Buildings’ Library have opened up their page for Preston Bus Station until the end of November (when the situation will be reviewed). The historic photographs show the bus station in its original crispiness and full glory. They include rarely seen colour views of Keith Ingham’s graphic designs and reveal the exquisitely integrated design approach adopted by BDP. The drawings, development images and working details are equally informative. These all make this AJ Buildings’ Library page a great sample of this invaluable new resource for all interested in buildings and architecture which, we hope, will further support the Society’s continuous work for better understanding and appreciation of good buildings of all styles and historic periods.
