Campaigning for outstanding buildings

glamerous night shots

The first of these is Bryan Jefferson’s Brutalist Moore St Electricity Substation in Sheffield—with a lighting scheme which has turned it into a dramatic local landmark, and the second is looking down from the roof of our building here at Cowcross Street (on the night we said good bye to our caseworker Jon Wright).   Building works for Cross Rail at Farringdon going on at night were just part of a fabulous backdrop to our party–thanks very much to our landlord Alan Baxter.   It would be great to host a photo session for members up there sometime, the view of the Barbican is amazing–my little camera is not really up to the job.
