Contrary to partial reports regarding the outcome of last summer’s consultation on the proposed relocation of Sir Edwin Lutyens’s Manchester Cenotaph, listed at Grade II*, it was not only the War Memorials Trust that did not support the proposed move. C20 Society and The Lutyens Trust have also voiced concerns and requested further information before they are able to submit a full comment.
