C20 West Midlands – Leamington Spa and Church of Our Lady of Lillington, Saturday 26th November

A Leamington Spa town centre perambulation, and a rare opportunity to see the listed church and library at Lillington, described as one of the most impressive of modern churches in England. Certainly in the West Midlands!

Start time: 10.15am meet for a 10.30am timed entrance at Church of Our Lady Lillington.

End time:  4.00pm (approx) at Leamington Spa’s nostalgic art deco train station, where we hope to conclude with a Brief Encounter-esque cup of tea!
Regular trains from Birmingham to Leamington Spa. Lillington is less that 2 miles from Leamington Spa station and accessible either by the 68 bus (every half hour but please check timetable), or a shared taxi.
There will be a small £5 tour fee for C20 members/£10 for non members. Proceeds go towards the regional group’s funds for future campaigning.
