C20 AGM 2016

The 2016 C20 AGM will be held at City Hall (Presentation Suite), 115 Charles Street, Leicester LE1 1FZ on Saturday, 18 June 2016 at 11.30 am. Download the AGM Agenda 2016, AGM Draft Minutes 2015 and C20 2015 Accounts.

The venue is a recently restored 1930s building, formerly a gas and electricity showroom with original murals, now the City Hall. It is a short 10-minute walk from Leicester Railway Station. The AGM will finish by 1.30pm.

The AGM will be followed by a weekend event in and around Leicester, modelled on the successful AGM weekends in Sheffield and Liverpool in 2012 and 2014, and including walking and coach tours.

These tour venues so far confirmed are Stirling and Gowan’s Leicester University Engineering Building, a visit to a fabulous 1950s house and Basil Spence’s church of St Aidan (1959).

We have reserved overnight accommodation at College Court, formerly College Hall, in Knighton Road, built by Sir Leslie Martin and Trevor Dannatt in 1959-61 as a women’s hall of residence and now a luxury conference centre.

You do not need to book to attend the AGM only.
