Update from contributor Andrew Cromar: The baths were extended in 1940. According to multiple sources the baths occupied the current site of the Angel of the North. The site was reclaimed in 1989 and the following year was earmarked for a future land...

Update from contributor Andrew Cromar: "Google Sreet View shows the building was still there in 2016 but gone in 2020. The site is now open land with just a row of bricks remaining." Bournmoor Colliery was also known as Lambton Colliery....
